These terms govern access to CeFO’s website, APIs, demonstrations, and financial-control software.
The service
CeFO provides advisory software that evaluates wallet health, proposed jobs, and proposed spending against structured inputs and configured policies. CeFO does not custody assets, control private keys, execute transfers, or complete purchases.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of submitted data, safeguarding credentials, independently reviewing decisions, and obtaining any accounting, legal, tax, investment, or regulatory advice appropriate to your circumstances.
No professional advice or guarantee
Outputs are operational estimates generated from supplied data and deterministic rules. They are not accounting, investment, legal, tax, audit, or other regulated professional advice and do not guarantee profitability, solvency, delivery success, or future results.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse CeFO to break laws, evade sanctions or compliance controls, attack systems, misrepresent financial results, access another user’s data, or submit secrets that the requested service does not require.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be suspended, or experience interruptions. Paid-service pricing and endpoint behavior will be documented before use. Material changes to these terms should be posted with a revised effective date.
