Data-Retention Policy

CeFO retains only the information needed to operate, secure, explain, and support its financial-decision services.
Decision records
Financial Decision Receipts may include normalized inputs, formulas, policies, reason codes, provenance labels, timestamps, and request identifiers. Production retention periods will be published before accounts are opened to general users.
Security and payment records
Request logs, payment-verification identifiers, replay-prevention records, and incident evidence may be retained for a period proportionate to security, operational, dispute, and legal needs. Secrets and full payment credentials must not be written to application logs.
Demo data
The public 35-USDT demonstration uses seeded simulated data. It does not represent a live wallet or customer account. Demo receipts may be periodically cleared and should not be used for permanent recordkeeping.
Deletion requests
Eligible deletion or export requests may be sent to support@cefo.dev. Public blockchain records and information independently retained by infrastructure providers may not be removable by CeFO.
